A "Lorax" of Dr Suess fame. He was perhaps the original environmentalist....as he was trying to persuade an industrialist to not cut down all the "truffula" trees for profit.
He wasn't successful, and at the end of the story the Lorax
says, "UNLESS someone like you cares a whole awful lot, the world's not going to change, it's not!" This one was commissioned by an anesthesiologist who was about to "knock me out" for one of my leg surguries. A little strange taking an order as I'm about to be wheeled into the operating room. Thankfully the surgeries seem to be over with, I have my entire leg, and I've been walking since December 2010.
